Each item is created just for you and made to order. We want you to love your OF RUAKH jewelry. If your piece isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible exchanges in the form of store credit.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
To qualify for an exchange, jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.
Returns for refunds are not accepted.
Eligible purchases may be exchanged for another item or size. A store credit will be issued once an exchange has been received and approved. If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer is responsible for the difference. If the item is lower in price, the remainder will remain as store credit.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit. This includes any shipping charges paid on the original order. When making an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of shipping the original item back to OF RUAKH and the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer. Shipping fees and taxes are not eligible for store credit.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. OF RUAKH is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Custom personalized engraved jewelry, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
Please contact us at IGNITE@OFRUAKH.COM within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange and receive instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately under our Damaged Item Policy and should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
