Eligible Exchanges:

• Eligible jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging 
• Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange
• An exchange request to ignite@ofruakh.com must be submitted within 10 days after delivery date
