Return | Exchange Policy

 

Eligible returns:

• Eligible jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging 
• Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange
• An exchange request must be submitted within 10 days after delivery date

• Our Fine Collection made in solid 10K & 14K gold
• Bangles and cuff bracelets
• Personalized engraving
• Gift cards

These items are highly customized, made to order, and FINAL SALE

Note:

• Returns for refunds are not accepted 
  
• A store credit will be issued once a return has been received and approved
• Eligible purchases may be exchanged for another item or size
• All shipping charges are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit 
• OF RUAKH is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of delivery is required
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
