Each item is created just for you and made to order. We want you to love your OF RUAKH jewelry. If your item isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible exchanges in the form of store credit.

Eligible Exchanges:
- Eligible jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange
- An exchange request to ignite@ofruakh.com must be submitted within 10 days after delivery date

Items not eligible for exchanges or returns:
- Our Fine Collection made in solid 10K & 14K gold
- Bangles and cuff bracelets
- Personalized engraving
- Gift cards
These items are highly customized, made to order, and FINAL SALE
Note:
- Returns for refunds are not accepted
- Eligible purchases may be exchanged for another item or size
- A store credit will be issued once an exchange has been received and approved
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit
- OF RUAKH is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of delivery is required

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately under our Damaged Item Policy and should be reported as soon as possible after delivery
